“Having upgraded, I was looking to sell my Google Pixel Gen One 32GB phone, that worked perfectly and in good condition, but it's unsettling trying to sell online. “Process to price and send items was straightforward and effortless. However, 2 items were rejected on account that they were "not packed". I disputed this and still awaiting feedback from customer support. No effort was made to reach out to me to clarify.”

“I thought I’d never be able to get rid of my old stuff I don’t use anymore. However ‘MusicMagpie’ is fantastic. The easiest way to get rid of your things AND getting PAID to do it, by far. The whole process was pain free and the money cane through really quickly. Would highly recommend.”

“My phone came this morning and to my disappointment, it was not charging despite being plugged in. I phoned customer service and I can only describe the advisor as either chewing gum down the phone line or I interrupted her lunch! Terrible first time experience and will not be using again!”
