“Bought an iPhone and it was working properly until recently there was technical deflects. I communicate with them and the customers services took 2-3 days to respond to my emails. I finally send the item and they kept quiet upon receiving the parcel. I was getting mad, sending emails and they wouldn't respond. Their customer services will stress u up, but there was One guy who was responsive. Truly not honest at all. They keep telling me that their tech-team is working late and they will look at it when they come over. It took 17 days to confirm to me that the tech-team will now look at it and they will keep in touch. After that, 5 days later, they told me that they will send a new phone since they were unable to fix the first one. So, I waited 23 days to receive the phone back. The iPhone they sent to me is good however, the camera pixel is not that good. It does not contrast the image much. If u are buying, Go Ahead, its not a big deal and u will receive what u pay for. Return is a challenge, their horrible customer service”

“Easy to deal with. Bought a phone but Wrong charger sent with phone. Called and correct one arrived a few days later. Sold a phone also. Quoted, sent phone. Was notified when it arrived. Confirmed amount quoted would be received and was deposited immediately. Would happily deal with them again”
