“Great prices. I've bought books, CDs, DVDs and electronic items from MM, and everything has always been in really good condition. I always check the site first if I'm looking for something, and they often have some more obscure artists in their music collection, which is great. Better than ebay.”

“Very efficient, professional and helpful. I had to query the delivery of my sale order on several occasions (due to the fact MyHermes 'lost' one of the three packages I sent), but Music Magpie resolved the issue and paid me instantly (Ok, I had to wait 5 extra working days, but they did resolve it). So, I am going to use them again, but only send one package at a time for dispatch.”

“Phone came without charger. Contacted via email, was told to wait 48 hours for a response, no response received after 2 weeks. Phoned customer services, was told that this is standard practice and they couldn't supply me with a charger. However, the fact that there would be no charger was not mentioned anywhere on the site when I ordered the phone.”
