Has been good so far I've had a few deliveries their promt and it is what it says on the tin. However on my last delivery 1 of the 5 vapes was faulty, I am curious as to how you will deal with this? I am happy to continue using your service it would be nice to be recompensed for the 1 faulty vape.

Very easy to order,not a long wait for delivery. Only thing the charging point can be a bit difficult to get plug into the actual vape itself but a good experience overall.

cant fault the delivery and quality of product but the coils i ordered for an endura t20 stated they were inter changeable but they are not, they are longer than the others i had purchased in the past so couldnt use them

Send out my nic shots free of charge after this, thank you for resolving the issue- I was going to buy a nic shot, but the juice I was getting said it came with one, so I didn’t get one, got the package and guess what. I didn’t get one. So yeah thanks for that.

Service & delivery was prompt, however your website still does not offer the Customer loyalty discount that is received in the shop - I have mentioned this previously but nothing has changed.

MyCigara is the all round online vape shop experience. From product range and ordering to delivery. In addition they offer helpful information on all things vape, discounts, bundles and have an easy returns policy. Their own brand vape juice is great, especially tabacco flavour from 0 to 18mg which I use and is not easy find elsewhere. Easy to navigate website, no hassle ordering and payment process and super quick delivery. Never disappointed. Thanks all.

Quick delivery given current circumstances and great range of flavours to choose from. If nly down side is can't find anywhere to use my membership card to be able to get my points or use my points against payment
