Love the original flavours, shout out to the fizzy cherry. Online is mixed, they forgot to pack 4 bottles of Nic salt so I only got 1 fizzy cherry.

Delivery is as they say it is, but elf bar products aren’t very reliable, there’s no way they’re all 600 puffs ( one lasted me a day and a bit, another lasted me around an hour and a half) the flavour is good though. My cigara website isn’t too bad, just a shame you can’t click on the discount box when logged in and your earnt discounts show up

The price was really good.Delivery was very quick also.But what was disappointed one of the disposable vape was empty.There was no flavour inside

I'm really pleased and satisfied with the service. Goods arrived within a few days as stated. The flavours are incredible and so many to choose from. Would highly recommend.

No complaints. Delivery took a while longer but it was Christmas and we had postal strike so I don't blame myCigara. I did have a problem receiving their emails. Email was just a page of random characters. I got in touch with them and they said they would get Technical Dept to look into this and get back to me. Never heard anything further so, because of this lack of contact/updating me, I don't think I will use them again.

Generally, excellent service fast delivery and they have a big selection. A little upset with my last order though. It's the first time this has happened, One of the disposables I ordered didn't taste the same as they usually do. I have had to throw that one away as I cannot use it. Cigara made things right by issuing a gift voucher for the value of the one I had to replace. I wrote to them and their response was very quick. Things were rectified rapidly. Really impressed with the level; of customer service.

I placed my order of which it was delivered swiftly and appreciated the updates to advise me of when it would be delivered. Although one of the items was a bit squished during transit it still worked fine. My choices are not down to the company's offerings just my preferences, therefore i didn't like the tobacco flavored one, or the style of the other vape. BUT that isn't anything against the company as they fulfilled their obligation fully. I would highly recommend them again.

I had to order online. Because my local shop has not had any vampire vapes in black jack or attraction in a 6m for over a month my local shop is in kingsland high street hackney London why does this keep on happening
