“This service assisted me in restoring my printer's contact with my PC. Service was 5-star; the representative was nice, patient, understood the problem, and walked me through an alternative solution when I un-plugged the wrong cable. Additionally, the representative catered to my ineptitude with the computer, it's language and it's systems/devices, etc. Overall, a great experience!! MMP”

“This was a wonderful service! My computer was crashing without any prior issues. I couldn't get back in for anything in the world. As a nursing student, I heavily rely on my laptop. Thankfully, the technicians were very helpful. Monty was very pleasant and had my computer running in no time!”
