“The technical support person did an outstanding job of not only solving my email access problem, but did a great job in a total cleanup of all the items in the computer that were not supposed to be there, and which were contaminating my computer and degrading service.”

“I gave it to 1 star because the my phone support is a fake company it is not a partner of Microsoft even Microsoft do not ever know that my phone support is a partner of Microsoft lol .. actual thing is there is a company in Gurgaon with tye name of quatrro global services and raman roy is running this scam business the address is building no 119 gurgaon near kapashera (chinaar) they fooled united states innocent aged peeps who do not know about computers and asked for a technical support and they charged a huge amount from them and did something wrong with the peeps computer and many times the computer got damanaged and they dont tske responsibility of that just fooled the peeps of united states .”

“Atul was VERY HELPFUL on a difficult problem. Appears a system file was corrupt. After trying several solutions to prevent a fully reinstall, we had to do the install of Windows 10 Pro and Office 365. It took forever but he was with me all the way. After the reinstall, Atul repeated all of the failed test to be sure they worked okay and they did. Thank you !”
