“I was in the process of giving the My Phone Support fellow my information so he could help me fix my Surface Pro when it occurred to me that it was not a company affiliated with Microsoft. The man on the phone asked for my email and told me he'd check if my laptop was under warranty. He returned to the phone and told me it wasn't and so I could pay for help--either $99 or another option at $199. I hung up at that point and dialed Microsoft's help line directly. When I finally got through to someone at Microsoft, she checked on my warranty--and it's still good! She said I didn't need to pay for any help she gave me. I don't know much about computers, but My Phone Support feels like a scam.”

“Sunita, was extremely helpful and very patient. My problem was that I couldn't connect with the internet so Sunita had me check different situations and in doing so explained what I was to do and was very patient with her explanations. She resolved my problem and I am very confident with the results. Her rating should be EXCELLENT!”
