“Harpreet is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. He patiently listened as I described to him the repeated wifi problems I have experienced, and he calmly assured me that he would be able to get my computer working again. He diligently diagnosed and worked on my computer for over two hours and, through his persistence, was able to do what no other technician has... he found the root source of my repeated Airplane Mode issues. Harpreet discovered that my computer was stuck in "Airplane Mode" because of a problem with the button on my keyboard. He was able to fix the issue with the wifi button and I am happy to say that my computer is now able to connect to the internet without the need of an ethernet cable. He gave me my freedom back. Most of all, I am grateful that Harpreet was able to do this without having to reset my computer back to the factory settings as other technicians have done in the past. This saved me many hours of reinstalling programs, drivers, etc. Thank you Harpreet for your hard work and persistence. I am truly grateful. Many Blessings to you!”

“I had a wonderful experience with My Phone Support. It was a little scary allowing them to tap into my computer and help me fix all of my issues, but they were very helpful and walked me through every step as we both went along. Ann Patrick and Sandeep Bijalwan helped me and I want to thank them for being patience, kind and overall knowledgeable to help fix my software issue.”

“My major problem was somewhat complicated in attempting to reset a Microsoft account password. Once that was done, we downloaded MS Office 2016 to replace MS Office 2010. Outlook in the 2016 version was configured to recover messages from my AOL email account”
