“I had a scammer try to access my computer. I contacted my support and the team went right to work assessing my two computers to ensure there were not issues for me to worry about. The team also checked all my security systems to ensure they were working properly and added software to prevent pop up adds in the future. Great work! I also enjoyed the conversation along the way.”

“Was a very busy day for the techs so I understand it took a little longer to do their job, Think whenever this does happen the tech should tell me about how busy they are and not say give me 2 mins., then the customer will know it is going to be a busy day. Other than that the Tech did a great job and did as I requested! Thank You My Support Techs.”
