“I had a message onscreen that there was a problem with Skype and offering a number to call at My Phone Support. I worked by phone and on the screen with Lalit and with Nitin Cloudhary. They were both most helpful and very patient. High marks.”

“Harpreet was extremely helpful and courteous. I had to reload Windows 7 and restore all my key files from my remote hard drive, and over a period of 4 days, Harpreet called me each night to make sure that the restore was progressing. He helped me yo transfer files and complete the restore when I ran into problems. He was quick and determined to solve my problems. I plan to call My Phone Support the next time I'm having a problem.”

“I was very sceptical when we purchased this protection. I will tell anyone who has doubt,DO NOT WORRY, they are AWESOME!!!!! I have used them twice and both were great, but I will say the second was today and I was treated like I was royalty. They solved my issue and the tech Harprest, was amazing. I highly recommend them.”

“Sunita is a saint. My computer had so many issues and I do believe she fixed them all. She event made a conference call to McAfee to fix that too. This took a long time but she never gave up. I truly appreciate her expertise and patience.”
