“My technician was very polite and very helpful. My computer was running slowly and when I got on the internet, lines appeared and I could not view text or pictures. Both problems were fixed. Thank you so much.”

“Problem with my computer has been corrected. I've had to use your service on several occasions and have always been pleased with my end results. Thank you for the great service but I do get nervous when my computer is being virtually controlled by others.....overall though, your company has always corrected all issues that I have since experienced with my computer. I can't complain, thank you!”

He is very knowledgeable, walk me step by step to what i wanted to do, listen to my questions, was very patient, and helpful. Thank you to "My Tech Support" in General; and in particular to Biman. “I had a very complicated problem but Ashtish stuck with it until he solved it. Somethigng was preventing me from downloading Adobe Flash and he was able to solve it. I've had three companies and your is far and away the best. hank you so much.”
