Myphonesupport is Scam - Avoid - Misrepresented themselves as Microsoft I Googled Microsoft support and their phone number came up. I called and and gave the dude access to my computer. He started saying how slow my computer was and suggested to run a diagnostic which took an hour and half. Then he started telling me about the benefits of signing up for a technical support and said he would need me to pay $200 for him to finish up the process. Knowing I'd waited for 2 hours on the phone, he thought I would fall for it, but I quickly realized it was a scam and said I wouldn't be paying for it. I asked him a couple of times what the company was, and he said they were partners with Microsoft. That was an absolute lie.

I would have given them 0 but it wasn't an option! Worked on my computer 3 different times for 2 to 3 hours each and did nothing but make the problem worse!

nothing this group that I have dealt with was sooooo great ican give you names but probably will spell the wrong but here goes Imran ali Yogesh kabel Akinol monte revindocr kabel or maybe just go an look for my computer record great people and soo nice and knowlegable nothing went wrong my computer skills have gone as I have had 2 strokes but am very lucky

Lost one of my enternets and could not get it back. Connected to tech. support reported my problem. They fixed it in no time. Was very professional and very helpful. Thanks to them my computer is fixed back to the way I wanted,

They crashed my computer. I called and after 4 hours it went into "failure configuring window updates". When I complained they said they would send someone out to my house They called to make appt and THEN SAID I HAD TO PAY GOR THRM TO COME OUT!! Seriously. They crashed it and now I need to spend more?

They promised a quick fix to my Outlook program. Three days later and about ten hours in front of my computer, they had fixed nothing. Promises by there techs to call me back were not kept. I got new techs and had to start over with them. All they did was run a diagnostic, remove a few cookies, and get Microsoft Updates. After repeatedly hearing "don't worry, we will solve the issue" to the point where all I want to do is punch them in the face, what I called about has still not been solved. This has been a HORRIBLE experience. Now I will find out if the will stand by their money back guarantee.

I appear to be locked out of my email account. I have gone through the "change password" procedure several times, with a Cox representative on the line, and the system will not accept my password. At this point, Microsoft Outlook appears to be totally unavailable.
