“My tech support was so helpful. I am not very good with computer and he was kind in calming me and assuring that he would get my computer working more efficiently once again. It took a long time but everything appears to be much better and I am so thankful to the very kind and efficient service I received. I am annoyed whenever I call that the first person I speak with always tries to SELL me something else. I just want the service I have already paid for. Much appreciation for the tech support.”

“I am utterly illiterate when it comes to most computer issues. I was almost thinking i should not even own one since i have no idea sometimes how to fix a problem. Great relief to get help. Also, nice conversation as well. I am very happy with this service, the technical service and advice as well as the friendly manner in which it was executed. Thank you.”

“I was provided with outstanding service, well beyond expectations. My issues were thoroughly diagnosed by a friendly and professional call service-center specialist and resolved by Ms Teotia, a highly knowledgeable Technician, with a skillset that includes the patience and tenacity rarely found in this industry. It is refreshing to find Tech support personnel who take ownership of her responsibilities.”

“Hasnain Jeelani was very knowledgeable. I had several issues he resolved all of them and walk me through the process so i understand how to fix it myself if it happens in the future. I was very happy with his performance and most of all of his excellent customer service attitude. Hasnain was smiling and pleasant during the whole phone call.
