“Vijay Singh Rawat was one of the most capable people I have every dealt with. His knowledge of the technical aspects was amazing and his ability to explain everything clearly to me was fantastic. My computer had a multitude of problems and he called me back to continue work on them because I had to end the calls. After many many hours of his time, my computer is free of all issues. He is dedicated, extremely polite and a computer genius. If all of your technicians are as good as Vijay is, you are very lucky. It was a wonderful experience despite the situation. Thank you.”
