“They went above and beyond to make sure it was working just they way i wanted it to. Between the two techs who worked on my computer they spent about 3 hours fixing it. When the first tech called me my phone wasn't working so that is how I acquired two technicians. they confered with each other and were able to complete the repair of my computer. I am very pleased.”

“Deepak was very helpful, polite, patient and considerate. I am nearly 70 years old and patience with technology is important to me! He always received my consent to remotely work on my computer and informed me what he was going to do and what he did and the time required to do the extensive cleaning of issues and re-installing of my security system. I felt his work was very thorough. He called me ma'm which made me happy, too! My only suggesting is to talk slower, at times. Thank you!!! I am much relieved!”
