“J'ai commandé un protège matelas molletoné Dans le descriptif, il était indiqué qu'une étiquette retour préaffranchie était fournie. Or, il n'en était rien. Lorsque j'ai contacté le service clients, c'est le service clients Dein deal et non my store qui m'a répondu en allemand. Pour m'affirmer qu il n'y avait pas d'étiquette retour car l'article était fortement soldé. Fortement soldé j'en doute fort!!!! Chf 64.50 pour un molleton protège matelas, je ne dirais pas que c'est un prix fortement soldé! Je trouve que le service clients my store devient déplorable et les prix ne sont souvent pas plus avantageux qu ailleurs et en plus les envois et les retours sont payants maintenant.”
