“Ce serait mieux pour moi de pouvoir commander sur facture. Ainsi, je pourrais commander plusieurs tailles et renvoyer celle qui ne va pas. Je trouve qu'il faudrait recréditer le montant directement sur la carte, plutôt que de faire des bons. C'est pour ça que je ne fais pas bcp de commandes.”

“Beschreibung nicht sehr ausgiebig und zutreffend, musste Daten übers Internet einholen aber Produkte absolut io. Verkäufer leider komplett unflexibel in Bezug auf Versand. Ich wollte eine Verzögerung von 3 Tagen, war anscheinend nicht ausführbar.”

“Grundsätzlich bin ich mit meiner Bestellung zufrieden. Seit dem Zeitpunkt der Bestellung erhalte ich jedoch täglich bis zu drei Werbenachrichten auf mein Konto. Dies empfinde ich als störend. Sollte die Anzahl dieser Werbenachrichten nicht deutlich reduziert werden, sehe ich mich gezwungen, diese künftig als Spam zu markieren.”

“I am unhappy with the website because many products do not have any reviews, the sizes are not clearly specified, and it takes too long for products to be delivered to your home. This has happened several times with various orders I've placed. My last order took two months to arrive, and the website never took responsibility. They always told me it wasn't their fault and that I had to wait or cancel the order. I tried to cancel the order but couldn't because it was very complicated. In the end, I waited for it to arrive, and it was very, very late. The website never takes responsibility or tries to ensure that the customer is satisfied or happy.”
