“pour cet achat, cela a été une catastrophe et il est possible que j'oublie définitivement ce site. Alors que je suis un client de longue date. J'ai commandé une brosse à dent, j'ai reçu un box pour légo. J'ai pris contact avec le service client qui m'a demandé de renvoyé l'objet. J'ai demandé que l'on m'envoie ce que j'avais commandé mais ce n'était pas possible. Donc en fait je n'ai rien et j'attends que l'on me rembourse...”
