“The purchasing interaction was quite smooth but the quality of the delivered item wasn't the expected one - the product seemed to be used having scratches and being dirty, the package was damaged due to the previous opening(s), the screws showed signs of usage / scratches, the bag containing the keys and the other set of screws was ripped off. It would be useful to know the conditions of an item when ordering it. Is useless to promote "discounted" prices when the product isn't in proper conditions. There are plenty of other online platforms where someone can find similar items with similar prices.”
