“th barbecue pot has many scratches not lik a new product. while the FAQ advise to class create a RMA number by clicking the return bottom on myaccount / orders there is no return buttom. not in the app and not on the website. so we have to mke a call tomorrow in order to get a refund. if we have known it before we would purchased it from another store. To be fair we ave much better experience with the last orders”
