“Guten Tag, Leider bin ich mit meinem Einkaufserlebnis nicht zufrieden. Zunächst befindet sich das Lacoste-Polo-Produkt nicht in der Schachtel. Es gibt nur den Rucksack . Der Rucksack ist zu schwer und zu rigide. Aus diesem Grund schicke ich das Paket heute zurück und fordere das Geld zurück. Mit freundlichen Grüsse Yue Hua Nüesch”
