“Deludente, ho ordinato la cassaforte perché l’avevo bisogno urgentemente. Una volta arrivata ho constatato che non si apriva a seguito di una stoffa grigia incastrata nella porta. La stoffa probabilmente è il tappetino che dovrebbero essere all’interno. Ho reclamato e chiesto di fare il reso. Sto ancora aspettando una presa di posizione.”
