“Very poor, due to your website issue / technical glitch, my order was processed 3 times and my card has been debited 3 times. I wanted to order only 1 pair of shoes. And now the refund process is cumbersome and your customer care cannot find the debits and still not refunded. Complaint logged via app, still not resolved.”
