“J’ai annulé la commande que j’avais passée dès le lendemain, lundi. J’ai envoyé un e-mail et appelé le service client. Ils m’ont confirmé qu’il était possible d’annuler la commande et d’être remboursée. Une semaine plus tard, j’ai reçu une réponse par e-mail indiquant qu’il était impossible d’annuler car le produit était en cours d’expédition, ce qui est faux. Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.”
