“Ho avuto un problema con l’iphone difettato e mi hanno dato il contatto del fornitore che non rispondeva mai alle e mail (oltretutto non hanno un numero di telefono). Dopo 2 mesi sono riuscita a risolvere la questione e ho chiesto a my store il rimborso che ad oggi non ho ricevuto. Mi hanno fatto un buono che io assolutamente non uso dato che non acquisterò più niente da questo sito. Ho scritto 5 e-mail chiedendo se potevo avere il rimborso sul conto mai ricevuto risposta. Assistenza PESSIMA!”
