“Le dernier achat était moyen car j’ai commandé deux jeans de la même marque et de la même taille mais il y avait un d’une taille plus grande . Pourquoi avoir deux jeans de la même marque et de la même taille et il y un qui a vraiment à l’œil nu une différence de taille plus grande que l’autre. Je suis obligé de faire un retour et un échange.”

“Usually my shopping experience at mystore.ch is good. Something can be done about the shipping costs which are high considering mystore is located in Switzerland. You can fine most items at other websites with little or no shipping costs. I have been doing more research/ comparison on prices and products before ordering from mystore and have been happy with what’s available as your competition. As a result, my orders from mystore have been substantially less.”

“Bereits zum zweiten mal habe ich etwas bestellt, eine Versandbestätigung bekommen, und tags darauf eine mail das die halben bestellten Waren nicht lieferbar sind. Das darf einfach nicht passieren, besonders wenn die Ware bereits bezahlt wurde (auch wenn die Rückerstattung schnell zurückbezahlt wurde). Besser Artikel nicht anbieten oder als ausverkauft markieren. Jetzt muss ich den Artikel wo anders besorgen und bei weitem mehr zahlen da ich auch andere Aktionen durch diese Bestellung verstreichen habe lassen.”

“Le site MyStore est très bien. La livraison par DPD est lamentable: je demande depuis bien longtemps que mes colis soient déposés dans ma cabane de jardin, mais je retrouve à chaque fois mon paquet devant ma porte (sous la pluie ou souillé d’urine de chat!). Rien ne change malgré mes nombreuses demandes.”

“In general (not this specific purchase): Often popular stock in sizes and models are too few, e.g. mystore running out of stock unless you manage to see the newest offers very early in the morning and quickly buy. After trying multiple times just to see a product being "sold out" every time (examples are big size clothes, shoes, popular sunglasses etc.) you end up giving up and ignoring future sales, ignoring mystore. Also, sometimes prices in mystore are actually not cheaper, even after the advertised discount is applied. My wife and I kept checking and comparing with standard shop prices, a bit for fun, and it seems the discount is sometimes taken from an substantially exaggerated price base, which makes me feel cheated, scammed. I don't know if that pricing comes from your sources or it is mystore that is responsible, but I would recommend not to do that - drives customers away fast. I would have given 5 stars if not for the two abovementioned reasons.”

Dear Soren, We have more than 700'000 items in our warehouse. Unfortunately, it's not possible to have unlimited volumes of goods as we are not a marketplace. In the event that a discount is mentioned for a given Product, it is calculated on the difference between MyStore selling price and the average market price in the retail sector. We base our price calculation on the active Swiss market, special offers excluded.
