“Exceptional service. Ordered Thursday received the following day but what I really appreciated was being constantly kept updated on my order from the initial email confirming my order to the following 3 emails informing me my order had been picked, packed & then shipped wow. I even received a further email making sure I was happy with my purchase once I’d received it. Wish more companies were so diligent”

“Having taken over my role in January as opperations and facilities manager, I inherited several pieces of safety kit, one of which was a Karcher LEV for use with the painters to sand hardwood slats whilst refurbishing park benches. I had to research the internet and find the correct M class filters for the existing equipment and My Tool Shed were the only site that enabled me to obtain all the replacement filters that I require, from one place. this means that my team are safer and will manage to perform their duties with more confidence knowing that they are using the correct equipment to the required standard”

“Chloe was excellent on helping me with my delivery. Her customer service went the extra mile. After ordering and paying for mu item I realised mh house number was not correct. Chloe helped me tracking my delivery and contacting. DHL to vottrvt the house number and rearrange delivery. She then called me to confirm new delivery date. Five Star!”

“My Battery powered lawn mower arrived as per scheduled time. Unpacked this and followed the diagrams to assemble, quite easy and straight forward. Just used it for the first time, absolute fantastic machine. Bit heavy to push but my lawn has never looked to neat.”

“Ordered a cordless ts55 on the thursday so I picked and paid extra for a Saturday delivery so I could be in but never got my saw until Monday night . Don't know what happened as struggled to get an answer from my tool shed and DHL Got it now and it's a game changer from the 240v version Great price for the saw but delivery wasn't great”
