“I had already purchased the Hoselock parts from you and i then ( when too late to cancel ) found exactly the same parts on the Hoselock site at less than half the price you charged me so very dissapointed - obviously with your prices”

“Easy to look for the tool I wanted on your web pages. Plenty of references to support my eventual choice. Very pleased with the tool - did a trial pruning on part of my apple tree. I confess that I would not normally spend quite so much for such a saw but I am fed up with cheap copies not living up to my expectations. Very pleased with my purchase. Good speedy delivery too. “I don’t normally do reviews, good or bad but since you keep sending me annoying emails I will comment that after waiting 10 days after placing my order and no sign of it arriving I called you. The lady I spoke to was very nice and after putting me on hold for a short time confirmed that the item would be dispatched that day. It arrived 3 days later.”
