“Needed a strimmer. Looked at the reviews on the Which? website and they recommended a Bosch 18v machine available at My Tool Shed. The product was dispatched to me quickly and I was kept informed about delivery times. No problems with the strimmer - easy to assemble, charge up, and use.”

“Not the company but the product I bought. B&D Workmate 825. Broken parts which were eventually replaced by B&D. As I have read from previous owners the assembly instructions are pathetic. Watching a video that I found on media did help. The new WM is to replace one which I have had for 45 years + The materials used now are no way near as robust as my WM 2000. I suppose that is to enaɓle a build for a cheaper sales price, but I wouldn't expect it to last for any where near as long.”

“Was thrilled to see that the item l was looking for was in stock so ordered it straight away. Unfortunately for me, in stock did not mean it was available for dispatch. I have had to wait 3 weeks to receive my order. I probably wouldn't order from you again as l feel l was misled. Im happy with my order, but l could have bought it locally with the same time delay but without additional P&P costs.”
