“The service we had was even better than amazon. We were kept fully informed of every process in the buying and both items we received very promptly. To be honest, I was quite amazed at just how good they are. “Highly recommended tool shed for there service very quick at send out the item. Updates sent about delivery. The item itself is would not recommended the karcher puzzi for the price of this machine it's not worth the money at all doesn't clean the carpets good leaving stains. My shark carpet cleaner works better and less price”

“Why on earth do you ask customers to collect their item from an estate in Enfield and not tell them the company is not called MyToolShed but TOOLED UP. There is nothing on the collection instructions, so your customers wander around the estate, frustrated. CRAZY!”

“Would have been five stars but my order was split into two and delivered in two separate packages which wasn't made clear beforehand, also the Invoice was split into two which made the accounting awkward. Otherwise I was happy with the product quality and price.”
