“The cardigan was of excellent quality and the writing on the back was just as ordered. However , I paid for this , well in advance of Mother’s Day, but this caused me a lot of stress, as you Must point out, that when you pay for a product, it’s Not sent out, immediately, but goes to “production” and can be there for A WEEK, before sent out. So it was only delivered the day , before , Mother’s Day. Very disappointing service.”

“I bought the cute little personalised picnic set, but unfortunately there was a fault in the outer paintwork. I contacted customer services, who after seeing a photo, sent a returns label for it to be returned and sent a replacement within 48 hours.
