“Lovely item, was a Xmas present for my granddaughter, so didn't unwrap all the tissue paper inside. Didn't realise there was an issue with one part of the roof until Xmas day. Emailed and explained and got such a quick reply. Express delivery on the replacement and a very happy granddaughter! I always want to review when a company goes above and beyond. I was happy with the initial transaction, but so pleased with their response to the problem. Things go wrong, mistakes happen, but it is how a company deal with them that is telling. My 1st Years will definitely have me as a customer again and I will be singing their praises.”

“I bought the Paddington Postbox for my little niece. She absolutely loves it! Shes not quite 1 yet but is already posting letters like crazy person! I love that there’s room for it to grow with her as it comes with magnets, chalk and shapes. So, as she grows there are new things for her to do. It’s really well made, sturdy and super cute!”
