“Amazing customer service, had an issue with the delivery and it was sorted within 24hrs. I had emailed them at night thinking it would be picked up in the morning but I received a email back nearly right away”

“My purchase of a penguin robe was delivered today in a beautiful box enclosed in a postage box. The robe was wrapped beautifully in tissue paper and a lovely printed card for the recipient. “I ordered the musical box on the 29 November but didn't receive it until the 9 December, the distribution centre at fault there. The musical box is lovely, a Christmas gift for my great granddaughter, I hope she loves it as much as I do. With her name on it too, a keepsake.”
