“I have ordered several items for my great grand children & am very happy with everything from ordering to delivery.....each item is packed beautifully & arrives when specified. Also they are very accommodating....I wanted to order a soft toy with my great granddaughters name on but only allowed 8 characters but I needed 9. I contacted My 1st Years & explained my problem & they immediately told me to go ahead & order the item then notify customer services with the order number & they would add the extra character which I really appreciated, I would highly recommend My 1st Years”
