“I originally intended to give a poor review as hadn't received the item from you weeks after ordering it. I have since found out that the item was damaged beyond repair. I contacted you and spoke to a lovely lady called Irena who immediately offered a refund or replacement via express delivery. She was happy to refund me no quibble or hassle. Hi, I’m really sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in time for Easter. I completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially as it was an important occasion. Due to the Easter period and the recent Bank Holiday, our company was closed, which unfortunately extended our usual processing and delivery times. We also experienced a much higher volume of orders than expected, and despite our best efforts, we weren’t able to meet our normal delivery timelines on this occasion.
