Ordered product and was charged on Jan 1st. It is January 14th and I have not received the product nor do I have a date it might be arriving. Very upset. I feel My Health Market should be able to make good on orders when they have taken their customers’ money.

Sorry about the delay Linda,but you did get you package after a delay.I apologize for USPS but with the holidays and the pandemic going on their shipping estimates are not as accurate as they used to be.We still ship the same or next working days on all the orders.

I am very upset because I waiting so long . And I’m still waiting for my order . I was so excited to start using it but it never came

I apologize for the lade delivery but we did ship it the same day it was ordered and USPS took their sweet time getting to you.Covid has really affected shipping a lot these days

Terrible. The pump wasn’t working. Had to break the bottle to get to the cream.

My order was never processed. I was very disappointed. I ordered on June   29, 2020. Each  time I tried to track the order, it was still in Austin. I emailed your admin and she never told me it was not sent. She didn’t correct the problem. On July 9, 2020 I asked for a refund. This was my first time doing business with this company. I was very disappointed. Very unprofessionally not followed trough.  I hope it don’t take ten days for my refund.

NOT AT ALL WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS RECEIVING. I WANTED WHAT IVE ORDERED BEFORE FROM YOU. BOTH WERE BASCIALLY THE SAME , BOTH OVERNIGHT, DIDNT NEED OR WANT 2 OVERNIGHTS. I WASN'T GOING TO ORDER THEM BECAUSE OF THE EXTRAVAGANT PRICE , BUT I DID .. THEN THE SIZE OF THE PRODUCT WAS RIDICULOUS. I WAS FORRORIED. I PLANNED ON RETURNING BOTH BUT DECIDED TO KEEP ONE.. I CAN BARELY GET ANYTHING OUT OF IT .ITS SO HARD TO PUMP THAT LITTLE TINY HEAD .. IM SOOOO SOOOO DISAPPOINTED. I STILL PLAN ON RETURNING THE UNOPENED ONE. . : (

My apologies Wendy but Neocutis changed the packaging and descriptions on many of their items without changing the formulations.It has been a confusing time for many until they realize that the products are still the same.

The product is in a defective bottle that does not dispense its contents and it is known to this company but they keep selling them.

Sometimes there are factory defects and you can alwayds get a refund or replacement.I apologize that i cannot test the factory sealed products.

They canceled my order less than 24h after I made it. No reason. I did get a refund yet I wanted my product at their great price. This makes me wonder about them as a business.
