Never delivered on time, usually days after, with multiple reschedules during the day which aren't correct. Can't ever speak to an actual human for help. Struggle to follow basic requests. There's no options to add custom delivery messages (which I need to) as they only let you choose a limited amount of options - none of which were suitable for my situation.

I have never had a Hermes delivery arrive on time, undamaged and with any courtesy. It's 3.25pm now, I've been waiting for my package (scheduled between 11am and 3pm) all day and to my utter (non) surprise it isn't here. I dare wager I'll get a message later today telling me I wasn't in, when unbeknown to them I work from home, in an office that looks out onto the road. If you want to complain, where do you go? there's no facility on the site, Amazon are not interested, they say go to the delivery company. It's all a sad reflection on what passes for 'service' these days.

Avoid if pissible Not sticking to their delivery times - advised that parcell will be delivered 12-14. At 13:55 changing it to 13-15. What next? Also - you have no option to divert it to neighbours ( only to one named neighbour, what a nonsense) Normal company would knock 2-3 doors next to you and whoever is in at that time, would be able to receive your package. Poor service and no alternative options offered

Appalling service, this is the second parcel MyHermes has lost for me. I insured the parcel and the tracking says stolen whilst with the carrier. I have tried using Resolver to get in touch and get a refund but the answer I received I could not understand one word of it! I have spent around 6 hours now trying to talk to a human being at the company but it is impossible all you get is robots and digital assistants I will never use this company again and think the CEO should fall on his sword, am I angry I sure am!!

Their website says they've delivered your parcel when they haven't and there is no way of contacting them by phone or email so you lose your parcel and cannot do anything about it. Can't believe they're allowed to continue to trade in this fraudulent way. Avoid them at all cost!

COMPLETELY USELESS LOST MY PARCEL HAD TO CHASE THEM FOR MONTHS TO BE TOLD WE ARE WILLING TO DO NOTHING AND JUST MAKE YOU RUN AROUND IN CIRCLES I IMPLORE EVERYONE USE SOMEBODY ELSE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY, THERE IS A REASON WHY YOU CAN ONLY CONTACT THEM VIA ONLINE MESSENGER

I have now had three out of three Myhermes packages go missing. No explanation, no contact. Absolutely dreadful service. Had to get refunds from senders after spending days chasing these packages, being promised they are on their way. Shambles. AVOID Myhermes

Just received confirmation from an ebay item I bought that my parcel has been delivered. Unfortunately my parcel has not been delivered and the signature provided was completely false. It is a disgrace that delivery drivers of this company behave in such a dishonest and reprehensible way. I now face having to prove to the seller that I have not received my item while the hermes tracking system throws out a pack of lies. Disgraceful company.

Just tracked my parcel as it should have been delivered by now according to Hermes time slot. They claim to have delivered it but they haven't!! How dishonest! They show a blank photo of nothing which is supposed to prove they've left my parcel. I've been waiting for it and they definitely didn't deliver. Appalling!

Appalling - Courier didn’t turn up, no customer support to be able to track or ask why this happened, no email support, live chat closes too early. Do not use this company for your parcels. I paid extra to have my parcel collected to be sent to someone, no one has showed up on the specified day. Naturally I try to call them and their phone line is f’ing terrible, ‘we’re sorry but we’re experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later’ and then hangs up. On top of that the time’s where I have been able to ALMOST get through to an actual human it doesn’t register my tracking number, which THEY gave to ME. The website is terrible and they have virtually no customer support. How is it such a huge company is beyond me. Don’t waste your time, spend a bit extra with another company that will actually provide you with a service.

No parcel delivered and no card through letter box. Checked tracking and now going back to sender, Hermes made NO atempt to deliver parcel .

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am at the end of my tether with this not fit for purpose courier delivery company. I ordered a £90 birthday present for my daughter which the Hermes courier texted me to say they had delivered and it had been signed for. Unfortunately, although my husband was at home, there was no delivery and the signature was a scribble - not my husband's! Maybe the driver's signature I think!! A day later, today, another text saying delivery will be made!! Whoopee!! Sadly although they texted to say it had been left with a neighbour (at no 86!), not the neighbour I instructed them to leave it with, a thorough search of the garden has not produced the item! Where do you think it is!!? I can only assume the driver wanted a £90 gift for their loved one like mine! I would advise any company to stop using this joke for a delivery company if they have any hope of keeping a good reputation. I still have no gift for my daughter and some lucky Hermes driver is reaping the benefit. Dreadful service and I only put one star as it is impossible to leave a review without doing so. I am beside myself with anger and frustration as it is also impossible to speak to a human being at this ridiculous company

Worst company I've ever come across and swears at they customers after trying to find out where my sons stuff as gone thats been stolen one day these drivers who steal other people parcels are going to come across one wrong person one day and I wouldn't blame that person since they is hundreds of moneys worth of parcels going missing or getting damaged according to the bad read reviews I've read

Worst courier service ever! The whole company should be scrapped, If you ever find that a parcel is being delivered to you by this particular company your patience is about to be seriously tested. I have been expecting a delivery since Sunday/ Monday I received a message about apologising for delays and told it would be delivered later that day. I haven’t heard anything since and it is now Wednesday. What a joke.
