Hermes/Evri I have ordered various parcels from different places and I have received none of them Hermes/Evri are the worst delivery service ever they Changed there name from Hermes to Evri but there reputation is still the same every time I try to contact the I get to there digital recording from Holly Which is of no help. They don't have a customer services where you can talk to a human. This 8s a company that dose not care about people as they persistently lie that they have got your order and is on the way to you. Just to find out you get a message that says we where unable to deliver your parcel and there was no safe place to leave it. Can anyone point me in the right direction to go ? No wonder they have been voted as the worst delivery company

Avoid like the plague! Today my mother was informed by a Hermes customer service representative that £350 worth of Christmas presents that she had posted on 14th December to family (including presents for her 6 year old granddaughter, who she hasn’t seen since March) are ‘lost’. The customer service representative couldn’t have sounded less interested if he’d tried and could only say ‘they’re gone’ and ‘well it’s not my fault’. I don’t believe that Hermes have made any attempt to locate the package and my mother has been offered a measly £20 to compensate for goods to the value of £350. I’m crossing my fingers that the package will still arrive and will be pursuing the matter if it doesn’t . Hearing your 66 year old mother crying her eyes out over the phone on Christmas Eve because the presents she bought with her pension have been ‘lost’ by Hermes was a deeply unpleasant and upsetting experience. Shame on you Hermes, the way you treat your customers is appalling!

My Hermes would get a 5 star rating if we were marking it for being the worst delivery company on the planet. Yet again another delivery gone wrong. So far they have a 100% success of screwing up deliveries and there have been a lot of screw ups. Shame suppliers are still using them and I have to endure the incompetence of their apparelling service.

Hermes - God of Thieves Two parcels, addressed to two different people living at my house have had parcels "delivered" this week, received a parcel delivered message, with a blurry picture that can only be described as a blob, to show where the parcel was "left"... surprise, no parcel anywhere!! Hermes are a bunch of thieves, aptly named after the Greek God of Thieves it seems. Trying to get hold of a real person to find out about the missing parcel, is a long, winding road aorund robots and chat bots, with no real answers in sight. If we had been out, at all, during the last week I might think that someone else had taken the parcel, but as we have, in accordance with strict Covid rules, been in the whole time, and have two very loud dogs who bark if someone comes close to our house, it is clear that no attempt was made to actually deliver said items!!! I cannot begin to stress how ridiculous this is, especially at this time of year! We now have two missing christmas presents, with no time to replace them, and some Hermes driver is sitting pretty with a couple of stolen presents!!

Let this be a warning to anyone else who maybe having a item handled by this outfit. If hermes are the courier company dealing with your order. Then shop elsewhere, that does not ship with them. They are absolutely horrendous & unprofessional. They lie, and the goods don't get delivered. In future I will not fall fowl of this useless outfit & wait for the day when hermes go under.

My package was sent from Germany to Lithuania. 2 months, 2!!! And after those 2 months i have saying on their tracking that it will be delivered today and it updates every day for 10days now.... run away from them!!! Better pay premium for dpd or better dhl.

Delivery date and time quoted, waited in and no delivery. Hermes is the most unreliable delivery company I have ever used, never turn up and if they do they dump the parcel at the wrong address. Had I known the delivery was to be done by Hermes from this retailer I wouldn’t have made the purchase. Avoid using Hermes

Hermes is the worst delivery company on the planet. They are that bad that they shouldn't be trading. You ever see 'delivered by Hermes' when ordering a package, good luck cos it ain't arriving

Tracking system updated with a delivery attempt that never happened. Delivery bumped 2 days in a row. It's in the lap of the Gods if I ever receive my parcel. Can't phone to enquire nor navigate the chatbot to any form of useful information. I hate Hermes.

Sent a parcel to my son paid extra for next day delivery. Hermès say parcel delivered. It might be but not to my son. No idea where it is. Used Hermès twice First time two parcels lost and now this parcel lost. My advice is simple DO NOT USE HERMÈS USE ROYAL MAIL.

Terrible service, lied to when i called to find out where my Grandson's Christmas parcel was. Posted on the 10th Dec contacted Hermes on the 21st, 22nd and 24th Dec. only to be informed that the parcel had gone missing on the 16th Dec but no one contacted me. This has to be the worst delivery company ever.DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible service - unable to communicate with a real person to find out about delivery of the parcel. Chat with 'Holly' and told they would contact me - nothing!! Totally useless they make very little effort to deliver. Why companies continue to use Hermes is a complete mystery to me!!

The delivery driver stole my parcel. A blurry black photo showed the delivery, when I finally managed to get through to Hermes she spoke to the driver who said that he had delivered it and handed to resident tattooist, kind of interesting as the tattoo shop had shut months ago! Obviously the driver fancied the parcel for himself. Extremely difficult refunds process, I won’t receive a penny as I don’t have proof of purchase for my phone as it’s more. Than a year old. Despite paying extra for signed for delivery, that is a waste of time and poor excuse for just making more money Dreadful, avoid at all costs.

Of 20 items sent in a month two are “lost in transit” ie stolen! What sort of people are this company employing? No one answers the phone and automated system useless! Why isn’t trading standards investigating this wide scale fraud on people trying to send gifts or items in course of a business? There’s a pandemic going on yet this organisation finds it acceptable to keep taking parcels for a significant number to be “lost in transit?” I’m appalled and something really should be done.

i ordered an item from amazon on saturday, and amazon told me that my item will be arrived on monday. obviously it didnt arrive on monday because amazon sent it with the shitest company ever (hermes). i called hermes everyday and they said it will arrive today but it never happened. after a week amazon sent me an email it says that the son of bitches hermes lost my item

Rubbish service they are liars. They lied saying tried to deliver my parcel at the exact same time i’m at my front door whoo did they try to deliver ??? God actually knows!! Dont recommend definitely stay away from hermes!!

Worse company in history. Lost 23 of my parcels last year and one was stolen by a hermes driver. They even tried to state they attempted to deliver one of my parcels at 10pm which is a total lie as I wirk in security and have five cameras around the exteria of my home and also have a cctv video doorbell. Not only that I can see my front door from my livingroom window and all cctv is recording onto a huge monitor I can clearly see. I'm not going to go into full details about this company as of data protection act 1998, but let me tell you, I've caught one of there drivers emptying there van full of parcels and had at least 40 parcels all lying out in the snow in a laybuy. The driver was clearly looking for a particular parcel. But that's no way to treat customers packages and it was snowing too at the time. One of my parcel was a regimental plaque 6ft by 4ft from my old army regiment sent to me by the captains wife when he passed away. The plaque represented our colors and battles our regiment had served in since 18 hundreds. Priceless item but stollen by hermes driver and never returned. Irreplaceable item of great value, history and ment do much. Stay clear of this courier company if I was you.

Just cuz you changed your name to evri it doesn't mean your now a good company. I've been waiting over a wk for my delivery it's ridiculous!! Sort your selves out!! Pathetic!

Not a good company pay next day delivery and dont receive the item. Cant contact them as dont give you options as press to start chat but your not talking to anyone. This is bad customer service as dont make it easy to talk to someone and make a complaint. It human rights we can make a complaint. They should learn from complaint as that part of good customer service and principles. It seems this service does not care about it customer
