I can't believe I'm leaving a positive review but I've had a conscientious and friendly local courier for the past few months and no problems with deliveries. What a contrast to the several months last year when, having driven away the previous conscientious and friendly local courier I'd had for eight years by requiring her to work an extra day which her domestic circumstances wouldn't allow, Hermes often couldn't find anyone to deliver for a week or more, 12 days on one occasion. And, of course, it was almost impossible getting past "gatekeeper" 'Horrible Holly' when things had gone wrong. I have greater confidence in this REVIEWS.io 1.2 star rating than in the 4.3 star rating for Trustpilot's EVRi profile from which Trustpilot receives income and which is skewed by the (predominantly positive) reviews EVRi invites.

Customer service is a joke , they want to charge me for a oversized parcel that wasn’t, can’t email , the stupid chat line is a absolute joke, won’t be using this company again, all I want is to talk to someone to sort this out.

Having just written a negative review whereby delivery had failed and been put back to Monday, today my parcel was delivered so all due to Hermes, credit where credit is due I have allocated 4*. Whether my review had any influence I'll never know. So well done Hermes, nice to report a positive.

I posted a brake caliper for repair then the company advised me before it was delivered to them, that they couldn't repair it. A phone call to hermes found a very helpful customer service advisor, who rang the courier, stopped it being delivered and arranged for it to be returned to me. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive for 6 days, due to an incorrect address being added. I found there call centre and online help no use then as the tracking number kept saying delivered so it wouldn't let me speak to a human being! Fortunately, the house it was delivered to did some investigation and finally rang me so I could collect it. Without this I would never have got it back.

Have used hermes twice now to send Christmas parcels very happy with service I have received . Courier brilliant , price good , service excellent parcel received quickly and in tacked

Hermes gets a lot of bad press, but then so do other similar services. I can only speak as I find in that our local Hermes delivery guy is great. Always has a smile, gets things done without rushing about or being curt or impolite and it is a pleasure to have him bring your parcels.

Dilivery service around m33 area Natalie goes far and beyond to ensure I get my parcels on time she’s friendly polite and gives excellent customer service this is why I still use Hermes

Parcel got to me from the UK to Spain, during the Covid 19 crisis, reasonably quickly. So pretty pleased overall.

Terrible service. Don't use Hermes. Lost one parcel. No information from the regarding this. Unable to get a response from the company. Now delay in delivering replacement parcel. No information again regarding this. Terrible service. Never use again.

My first experience with delivery was not so good...however they have improved considerably and now I simply leave a sign in the window stating we are home or a sign on the door advising the delivery person to please leave my parcel. I appreciate My Hermes as a great delivery option. Thank you

After reading so many bad reviews I hope I am not tempting fate! I have had Hemes deliver parcels and they have all arrived in excellent condition. I have just used it to return an item. The price goes by weight then you add on certain features you find important. I paid a bit more as I wanted to cover the parcel for £50 content and to have it signed for on delivery. It was picked up from my home. I took a star off as there is no indication on the day even a rough time so you have to be available 8am-8pm unless you can leave it in a safe place. I guess the couriers are far too busy to be able to do this though and for their wages they are pressurised enough so I do not offer a solution.

Had poor experience previously (a few years ago) but this 30kg item arrived on time and in good condition. The confirmation location and signature on the tracker page are good innovation, but I would like to have an estimated delivery time as some others do.

I did not had good service from the company in the past until today.This driver of my Bolton area called tony who collected my pacels and was very pleased with his kindness,politeness and was very efficient person who made me so pleased to leave this review,wish there were more like tony in the company to deliver such an excellent service.Well done Tony and Thanks.

Myhermes have delivered twenty two parcels for me in the past month and all have arrived within two or three days.They were sent to all parts of the UK including Northern Ireland.The couriers also had to battle atrocious weather conditions. Well done. There was a problem with one which had damage to the packagng which had also slightly damaged the contents. Not happy but at least it arrived.
