"Hi everyone, just to warn you, My harmes is the worst delivery company in the UK and if someone wants to lose their money or goods they want to send to someone, then they can use My harmes delivery company. The reason for this is that the seller I bought the battery from is very expensive for my solar system, the seller sent it with my harmes and the driver left it under my window which is on the main street and left it next to the garbage bin the same day that the garbage men are coming to pick up your bin."

"Message on Amazon saying could not deliver. More info required. Complained to Amazon and delivery turned up in the evening. Bubble wrapped twice over and took ages to take wrapping off. Was a 5 litre can of paint. Yep you are right. Guess what. Paint can was leaking!! This company needs to be taken off Amazon books! Been with Prime for 15+ years. This is the company I\u2019ve always had to complain about! Name change ain\u2019t gonna help if you still try to cover up your supply issues!!"

"If I could rate less than a star, I would. \r\n\r\nDelay after delay, amazon\/DHL\/DPD delivered the other items on the same order twice as fast as Hermes. Such a bad service, avoid at all costs, it would be quicker to deliver yourself in all honesty."

"Worst delivery company ever. Never deliver my parcel on time, will pay more for next day delivery but never, ever comes on time Or they deliver it to the wrong house. I\u2019ve had emails saying they have lost my parcel then it turns up a few weeks later. Ordered something from America managed to get 3000 across the world but Hermes couldn\u2019t deliver it to my door without destroying it. They have one job how hard is it!"

"1st parcel took several days longer than quoted to arrive with inconsistent tracking info etc. Now new parcel delivered to \u201csafe place\u201d, which is s dustbin\u2026.not mine or neighbours. Can only communicate via chatbot with no options relating to actual issue. I will always check with future sellers and not purchase if they indisponible using Evri\/Hermes. Appalling communications in 2022."
