“If I could leave zero stars I would. They lost my parcel and are liars and fraudulent. It is almost impossible to get through to speak to anyone at customer services but if you actually manage to they pretend to be concerned which couldn’t be further from the truth. They emailed me a form to claim for a lost item but when I tried to log in it didn’t exist. Contacted Citizens Advice and will be taking legal action against them. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“Left a card no tracking or otherwise no return attempt made. Tried ringing but without tracking cant do anything. So now I've a missing parcel. I've a 100 safe place's to leave it aswell. D!ckead.”

“Paid for a parcel to be collected and it never was. There was no communication from them telling me what was happening at all. They were quite happy to take my money though. I ended up cancelling and sending with Royal Mail. Much easier.”

“I paid for a service. I did not receive the service. They have my valuable goods. They were sent insured but customer chat doesn't help and the phone line is a sham. I can't speak to anyone or make a claim. HOW IS THIS NOT THEFT?”

“If you use this company. You stand a good chance of your item getting lost. Mine did. I will never use this 2 bit outfit again . I watched a Hermes driver. Picking parcels up from a shop. He was throwing the parcels in like . Throwing rubbish . In a dustbin wagon”

“Dont understand how anyone can use this company as delivery..i ordered from amazon for years now and always get my parcels..but when hermes is involved it never works..i now ordered again and they use hermes..and guess what...no info..no parcel..nothing..eventhough its was collected 6 days ago..how is it possible that this company is allowed to make deliveries when all parcels magicly vanishes and never turns up..”

“This company needs to go bankrupt or quit ASAp , waste of users money & employees salary , these Compant needs a new management not someone who scratched his ass all day , all we ask as customers is just focus on the packages and be more organised . Simple , this company needs to go back to primary to learn what is order and obedience . I repeat DO NOT USE HERMES, bunch of incompetent workers and staff.”

“If I could have given zero stars I would. I'm a hgv driver was told collection would be ready at 1am, 3 hours later still waiting and this is not the first time. Staff are very uncooperative, language barrier a real issue....toilets are DISGUSTING”

“they have a regular scam of sending you invoice for more money as your parcel was wrong weight . i use two sets of good scales , worst couriers ive ever used , if you have to send parcels use other couriers not this cowboy outfit”

“If I could rate less than a star, I would. Delay after delay, amazon/DHL/DPD delivered the other items on the same order twice as fast as Hermes. Such a bad service, avoid at all costs, it would be quicker to deliver yourself in all honesty.”

“An eBay parcel Arrived a week late, so I refused parcel at door, driver then told eBay it had been delivered, I’ve never met such liars, no wonder things go missing all the time. Fortunately I had already asked for a refund before parcel arrived. I won’t be buying from anyone who uses Hermes as a courier again.”

“Parcel didn’t come when said. No option to delay delivery. Just left it in my he middle of my front steps at 9.00 at night in view of the whole road when I was out. Could have put it through the letterbox as requested or behind a planter. I would give no stars if I had the option. Name change but no better service.”

“Have to be the worst delivery company of all time! I have had 5 parcels gone AWOL in the past 2 months😡how they are still in business I don't know,obviously the name change hasn't helped one bit😡avoid buying from anyone who uses them now, I'd like to know where all the undelivered parcels actually go!!”

“The most incompetent delivery company in the world I’m sure. Problem after problem whenever a company uses this lot to ‘deliver’ items. Absolutely disgraceful. Says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t and always late. Pathetic from top to bottom. Horrific company.”

“Yet again Hermes, Evri or what ever they are calling themselves these days have failed to deliver. Time for delivery has relapsed without any form of update to let me know what has happened to my delivery. No human to speak to just a robot chat system on the app. After reading all the complaints on their Instagram feed they always say contact the retailer. Which saves them from employing real people. This is due probably to the amount of screamers that they receive everyday. Some authority really needs to step in and investigate the service as it's the worst delivery company ever.”
