“Didn't think alot of my heroes before Then we started having a delivery man called Neil. Such a lovely man.very perlight and always has a smile And if I'm at work will leave with my neightbour instead of just leaving it on my door step”

“I have been sending and receiving parcels from my hermes for years. I am aware many people are not happy and perhaps not received the service they would like but I don't believe its the fault of the company just a handful or employees. My local couriers have all been really good at delivering parcels, friendly and nice. Sometimes the temporary drivers aren't great as the parcels have been damaged but thats probably because they have too many parcels to squeeze in to the vehicles. When I have had issues the customer services have been friendly and resolved the issues. When I have been posting all of my parcels have been delivered. I can keep a track of the parcels on the my hermes app and check any updates. I really like my hermes and the service has helped me a lot. The prices are excellent. If people want a service with bows and frills then go to another courier who charges 4 times more. although sometimes my hermes can provide bows and frills.”

“Gary Smith is a regular Delivery Man for Myhermes. We have had parcels collected and delivered by him for well over year as he covers our area. Reliable, trustworthy and always a pleasure speaking to him. I have quite a lot of deliveries and collections, so I hope he doesn't leave, he provides a quality service. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I had a parcel to be collected it didn't have the right returns label the young man who came to collect told me to get another one. I later found the returns label. I was going to send it back then I had a knock on the door and the young man who came first to collect it was standing there. He said he was in the area and thought he would call back so he took away the parcel to day this lovely young man brought another parcel for me. I would like to thank this lad he was cheerful and very thoughtful. I don't normally write reviews but I had to so thank you for been so kind I think his name was Brad a nice lad.”

“Hermes collect all of my Amazon returns and deliver around 1 in 5 parcels we receive in total. The delivery staff are always courteous, friendly and punctual. It looks like many of the reviews are made when something goes wrong so for a balanced opinion I would look around. I personally would recommend them based on my own experience.”

“I have been using Hermes for sending mainly eBay parcels for at least two years now, dropping the parcels off at the local shop. Apart from one parcel that went astray (but was eventually delivered in good condition) I have not experienced any problems. Equally to date I have not had any issues with deliveries to my address either. Sometimes they can be a day later than their expected delivery, but this is only an estimate so is not usually a problem for me.”

“This morning i got my parcel delivered by Hermes .Comunication with them was exelent.I place order on saturday,got text the same day that they are expecting my parcel.Got other text,. parcel is out for delivery with information about delivery time between 10.00 and 12.00 today.parcel was delivered shortly after 11.00.i got many parcels delivered by driver named ADE.He is the best.many thanks.”

“Ordering from many online retailers who using Hermes delivery services.never got a problem.hermes drivers always in time,prior delivery receiving email or text.they work very hard to do their job.parcel shops good too,returns collected fast.recently i received parcels from SImplyBe,Curvissa,Cottontraders,QVC,JDWilliams.Happy with Hermes .giving them 5 stars.Thank you for our hard work.”

He always goes the extra mile to be most helpful , very polite and cheerful even on rainy days and he is also very efficient in his work. “I just wanted to say that our Hermes driver is amazing. All my friends and family who she delivers too say the same. Her name is Carolyn and my postcode is NE39 2AN. She always delivers on time and we've never had any issues at all. I'm a department manager for another courier company and believe praise where praise is due. “Wrote a very positive review on my experiences with Hermes and our regular delivery man but TRUSTPILOT sent me an email saying I had been flagged up as not genuine! Shame for Hermes, their positive reviews are being blocked as not genuine!”
