“There are people that get frustrated with some of the drivers around where I live,no deliveries as they've gone missing, lateness etc but I must be so lucky as our regular delivery driver is the best!!! I live in Thetford and his name is Paul.Pauls never late, hes polite and never makes us feel like we're just a number!...so just want to say well done to him and the service he's providing to everyone, he's definitely a credit to you Hermes! 5**** employee Charlotte Hurt.”

“During Lockdown Hermes seems to be the courier of choice for most companies. I can honestly say the man (it has been the same one throughout) covering L19 has been amazing. I can not fault the service. Thank you.”

“During lockdown we have had no end of deliveries from Hermes and I have to say the delivery person has gone above and beyond as we seem to have endless returns booked that weren't actually required and he's been so understanding I would love to name him but I don't know his name due to the dropping of then standing away he's a credit to Hermes.”

“We have the best courier Hermes must employ , he’s so lovely and friendly , don’t know his name but he drives a black car , reg “Brookes”. Our friends in other areas of walkden have also commented on his fab attitude , credit to Hermes”

“I have to challenge these one * reviews. I live in West London and many of my suppliers use Hermes. My local driver is regular, polite, reliable and most efficient, arriving between 1200 and 1400hrs daily. I have never had cause to complain.”

“I just want to put a comment on about our wonderful Hermes delivery guy. His name is Tarek and he does the E 17 area. Nothing is too much trouble and he is so thorough as to where parcels are left and always leaves a note. He's the best.”

“I can see from previous reviews that some customers have been very unhappy with the Hermes service. I have now had several deliveries via Hermes and I can only praise them. For each delivery, I had an email with information on tracking, then a second email confirming the day and time my items would be delivered. Each time they were spot on. Thank you very much Hermes for a polite and professional service. All the drivers were friendly, knocked and waited until I answered the door to confirm delivery. Keep up the good work.”

“Our local Hermes delivery guy Jed (Eccleshall) is fabulous, always happy to help, always pleasant and professional and always replies to queries on social media even when a parcel is not assigned to him. He is a credit to Hermes.”

“This must be the worst courier service that’s ever been thought of !!! This is how there ‘couriers’ leave parcels! Not one of my neighbours received a knock on there door asking if they could take the delivery! What’s more annoying is I got the email saying driver left it in my “safe place” of choice! I didn’t have a safe place of choice! I’d rather the driver took it back on his van & returned again! Try using there live chat it’s rubbish! I complained about this getting left on doorstep & all automated system was replying to me was ‘parcel delivered’ Biggest bunch of cowboys!”

“My Hermes driver is a lady who has worked this area (Chesterfield S40 area) for many years and is extremely helpful, pleasant, efficient and I have never had a problem with deliveries or collections. I suppose that much of the service satisfaction depends on the delivery person; if you get a good one, you get good service. S40 lady, keep up the wonderful work that you do.”

“My old address M32 Stretford Hermes with a nightmare, however since moving to a new postcode the service has been absolutely spot on friendly local delivery drivers honestly can’t fault them.. M31 Partington .. Brilliant.. pat on the back to the two lady delivery drivers”
