i have never had a problem with hermes but i sent a parcel 12 days ago which has not arrived no one has contacted meand i am fed up of trying to find out where it is i will not use again

Totally unreliable, got notified two days in a row that delivery has been attmpted and I was not in even though I was. Very dissatisfied.

Myhermes. Seems to be a totally unreliable delivery service. I have ordered from M&S but no sign of delivery as yet two day's late no contact except notice of it's been dispatched, I will have to give up on M&S clothes unless they can change to a better service, I'm a very unhappy customer.

Hermes is spamming me with emails demanding I review them on Trustpilot. I don’t want to review them. I can’t mark their emails as spam as I do actually want to receive emails relating to deliveries, just not their incessant spam emails demanding a review. So, ironically, their insistence on reviewing them has made this a one star experience. I don’t have a Trustpilot account, and don’t want one. So I have no way to get out of this spam loop because the delivery was three weeks ago and I still get an email every few days. When I phoned I don’t actually have an account with them, the seller I bought from does, so there’s no account preferences to update. Their staff are useless, there’s no escalation process and I’m beyond irritated by this entire experience. If I had Hermes terrible reputation I would be trying to avoid reviews. They’re generally not good.

Second delivery in a week through two separate companies that is late. Marks and Spencer package supposed to be delivered yesterday but says delayed and will be with me in 24 hours. Yeah right, that message was put on 24 hours ago and no sign of my parcel?? Can't get through to anyone. M&S have been really good but not a lot they can really do. Paid for next day delivery but according to the hermes website, in their world next day means 1-2 business days! Okay!! Very unhappy with the service received on both occasions, especially as I complained to hermes about the first one and they were 'investigating'. Still not heard from them.....never ending with them. Would never willingly use they're a complete joke.

Got sms to collect between 12-14.00 but parcel not there. Hermes driver came and left without leaving a parcel. No.communication from Hermes no human behind telephone number as tracking number failed to proceed call. Day 3 still no communication from Hermes is a joke.Provide costumer with human telephone number no computer. Give people option to collect from local depo. 72 hours for email response from you is appalling service, but standard email response for Hermes UK. Useless you are.

Appalling customer service. Lie about trying to collect parcels and do nothing to help you. Utterly useless. Trying following DPD's model and you might get better reviews. As you are, I dread it when I hear Hermes are the collectors or deliverers of my parcels

Another day and another scumbag Hermes courier who never attempted delivery again despite saying he did. My security camera shows they have not attended the property in the last three days they say they have. Bunch of thieves and scumbags.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Allegedly ‘delivered’ eBay paclink item at 20.38 (hmmmmm), then ‘unable to deliver’ on tracking and hour later. So as far as eBay is concerned it has been delivered, so it is my problem as the receiver. Does anyone else think this is a deliberate ploy for eBay items? Still showing as going to be delivered next working day, as it has been for 8 days now. Can’t speak to anyone, ‘Holly, the auto bot’ is a complete waste of time. Surely this is fraudulent operating?????

Recieved text at 9 21 saying parcel would be delivered between 9 and 11 was there at 9 53 not Recieved was no time to get back for it

Terrible company. The dread when you receive the email telling you that Hermes has your parcel, followed by the unevitable "delivery attempt" that never even happened, then no updates and a parcel that just disappears into thin air. Absolute farce of a company that buys fake reviews to look like a reputable company on Trustpilot. These people need to be in jail.

Further to my earlier posting finally got to speak to a Customer Sevices agent. Dropped off my well packaged item to a client with Fragile Tape plastered all over it (there should be a clue in that one would think) Dropped Off at their holding station 14/10 no info on the Tracking site after 7 days Today 26/10 finally after I called them I was informed package damaged ~ It was a framed velvet picture that I have had for 40+ yrs They have it 7 days and destroy it. I asked when was the info logged on to your system that it was damaged, I was told 21st/10 So they were in receipt of that information 5 days ago and said nothing. Appalling service I shall never use again and will inform all and sundry. I have had to reimburse the client that bought, I am out of pocket and have no item as they have destroyed it.

Deliveries are almost always late, packaging is often damaged. You can't get to speak to a real person as their phone system is automated. Please avoid having anything to do with this company there are far better options out there.
