Singularly the worst delivery company going. Everytime something is being delivered by you, it NEVER arrives on time and FIVE times you’ve lost packages. I’ve started cancelling orders when I know they’re coming from Hermes, I also think less of a company who use you as their courier.

More fantastic service from Hermes! It’s fantastic how they manage to delay and fail to deliver yet another parcel! My parcel has been delayed and Hermes say they will deliver within the next 24 hours. Fantastic! That was 4 days ago! No updates, no customer service, no humans at the end of the telephone, I won’t even begin to express my dislike for Hollie the useless digital bot! Not even the retailer I bought my goods from could contact them! Hermes you are a bunch of charlatans, and should disappear from the courier scene as soon as posdible!

Hermes received my parcel on 4/12 and i had an email to say they have it, then no more updates, its now 18/12 so I contact Hermes to ask where it is and they investigate and searched the depot for it and i have now been told its been lost in transit. This isnt a small package by any means its a heavy, flat packed large box. This isnt good enough, if you read the reviews a lot of parcels are going missing. I wont buy from a seller again if i know theyre using Hermes.

They said my address doesn't exist and I can't speak to a person to find out where it it my traking says wait 24 hours it has now been 4 days. Called multiple time with no real person to speak to only an automated service that was no help.

i recieved an email yesterday saying my parcel had arrived at 11.47 and had asked a family member who is working from home to bring it inside as it was raining. which she had returned a text saying there were no parcels outside. ive checked my tracker and they have took a photo of just the parcel close up and it cant be found i kind of believe it was never arrived but why have they sent me a photo are the staff stealing parcels?

I ordered an expensive leather jacket from TK Maxx. It arrived at Hermes depot and then went missing. No customer service available from Hermes. TKMAX were OK. I guess it was heavy and thus valuable.

Hermes strikes again! Once again, text message to say it was delivered and left in porch, and it wasn't! Received three successful deliveries yesterday from other carriers, and then there was Hermes! Truly dreadful.

This company amazes me, not only did I keep receiving your parcel is delayed messages I then try and track my parcel only to see that the tracking stated delivered 7.32pm another con by Hermes drivers. Fortunately I have live video security through a third party which clearly shows there was never an attempt of a delivery BUT can I get them to sort or even answer emails? Of course NOT. Hermes must be the worst delivery company in the country.

Two parcels arrived ripped open with paperwork missing, one was delivered by a driver who got angry when I was reluctant to sign. I was e-mailed to say they had delivered another one but never found out where to and 2 just never turned up (Christmas presents that are now out of stock). Their customer service is an automated message. I understand they are busy but this is diabolical. I will no longer buy from retailers that use Hermes.

Never ever deliver when they say so. Poor service. Item missing for 2 weeks the company i ordered from said hermes definitely had the parcel after many emails i was told by the company that hermes had damaged the goods. I will start checking out what delivery service they use if it is hermes I'm not going to bother.

Pathetic. No delivery even though the driver said he delivered it and even took a picture of the night sky to prove it. Did get an apology from hermes but I can't send that as a present. Have reported it to police as theft and put on facebook not to use Herpes. Oops Hermes still both are viruses.

Yet again i made a school boy error and never asked what courier they used to deliver my parcel, Normaly i ask before purchasing anything. fool me. see below the email Update on your parcel Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address. Lies lies lies, working from home nobody come, probably had this sort of lies said to me about 20 times, Avoid using these people worst courier i I have ever used. No other courier has a issue delivering to me.

It's not Hermes that is to blame, any company using them is more at fault, before I make a purchase online in the future, I will make sure that Hermes are not involved. There should be minus stars for this courier.

First package (book) had damaged corner as it had evidently been dropped in transit by Hermes. Supplier kindly sent replacement...by Hermes. “Attempted delivery” whilst I was actually home, which was not evidenced. A few days later “out for despatch” and never arrived. Seems lost. Supplier has sent a second replacement which arrived promptly by Royal Mail. Hopefully suppliers are realising the unreliability of Hermes.

Hermes delivered a package with the goods ordered replaced with two pairs of trousers. Cut in the packaging and sealed back up with parcel type. Removed a pair of boots. The company probably does not robustly do staff checks on who they are hiring.

I've had several packages go missing with Hermes over the past 3 years. In fact, 40% of my packages delivered by Hermes have gone missing. Tracking shows as "delivered" and "left with front desk", though there is no front desk in my building. When attempting to contact them, you can't get through to a human, only a joke of an automated online system that is ZERO help. When you phone the number provided, it tells you to check online. When you check online, an automated response says the package has been delivered or is lost and they can't help. They clearly don't want customers to contact them, nor do they care one little bit about lost packages. I've had to contact the sellers in every case and, thankfully, they re-sent the items, but only after days (in one case, weeks) of red tape and hassle. Hermes drivers know that sellers will re-send items, and I have NO doubt they are outright stealing packages. I only pay with PayPal for online orders now because of Hermes. I dread it when I discover a retailer is using Hermes, because I know there is a high probability the item will never arrive and that I have to go through the seven circles of hell to try to get a replacement. I have done a LOT of online shopping, and I can tell you that Hermes is the absolute WORST courier I've ever encountered. I don't know how they stay in business.

My hermes is rubbish delivery company, always lost the parcel in post , no customer service dealing with problems, don’t use them lot any more. Some one always stealing things.
