My parcels were delivered, according to email received they were signed for. They had been left on front onto door step in full view of anyone passing, obviously the driver does not know how to use the doorbell and we have an invisible squatter who signs for parcels

Recently ordered an item from an online site who used Hermes to deliver the item. Delivery was delayed once the item was in Hermes' possession. Delivery from date of order took 9 days rather than the stated 2-3 working days. Lid of the item was damaged on delivery, although this didn't affect the usability of the product.

terrible customer service and they just read off a prepared song sheet will not even try to help you ....please do not use them ...........so unhappy would give them zero if i could

I've had two parcels delivered by Hermes in the last month. On the first occasion I got an email to say the parcel was with the driver and would be delivered between 2 and 5. I stayed in all day then get an email at 5.10 to say I was not home and the parcel would be delivered another time. My wife, daughter and I were all at home. Driver telling porkies. On the second occasion I got an email at 08.30 to say package was with the driver and would be delivered between 1 and 5 at 16.44 I got another email to say there was a delay and it would be delivered asap. Both parcels arrived the next day.

Terrible service they lost the parcel we sent and literally their agent said tough, made us look very bad to the people who bought item from us . I would never use them again rather pay more and go with Royal Mail

Appalling customer service. Found it impossible to get to talk on phone to anyone so tried live chat. Had to wait for 53 minutes to communicate with some foreign idiot who didn't understand the problem. Not the first time I have had problems with them. Will never use them again.
