“I had booked my hotel from my holiday , venue was good but room service was at worst. Good food available at shrusthi farms, shahpur but please work on room service.”

“After searching skyscanner.net for 3 flights to Dubai 'myholidays.com' came out as cheapest direct option on Emirates Airline, by almost EURO300 cheaper than booking direct with Emirates. However the day before the flights my daughter tested positive for Covid and we had to change the flights. 1) Myholidays.com wanted AED2825 (EUR680) to change the tickets to different dates even though Emirates charges nothing! 2) agreed to cancel and refund the tickets and return AED9002 (EUR 2169) even though I paid AED11636 (EUR2803) and they claim 6 to 8 weeks for the refund to be processed. Customer service replies promptly and even called me back twice, however their fees are ridiculous. I certainly will never use them again... I only hope they do actually refund the money...”

“My.holidays .com books your ticket with low prices and then never reverts back.when the costumer looks here and there for the confirmation and calls them they reply it could not get booked because somebody else booked my seats .later he says , if you want to.book pay more amount and get it confirmed hr asked mr 960 saudi riyal more When i said no i need ut wither in same amount or a refund He said it will get credited jn 24 hrs I did not get my refund yet Now nobody is replying either The costumer care rep received my chat says hello But does not want to talk back Pathetic Cheaters Please dont book with MYHOLIDAYS”

“Very bad experience with my holidays.com. They charged me for the refundable ticket and now due to covid restrictions I have to change my flight and they are saying no to any type of change. customer support is bad, they said you can through airline and airline has given written proof only travel agent controls your ticket and they are saying no we cant do any thing. I used to use my local agents for the ticketing and they are much better and never faced such issues. any kind of changes they accept but this agency is absolutely useless where they have no control on they booking and changes. they charges extra amount for the refundable tickets and now sending me the message they I can get only 445 out of 1432 dirhams paid for the ticket.”

“DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will give you a ticket that says refundable, but will not give you a refund even after you've given plenty of notice and it was due to a covid government shutdown.”

“DO NOT Trust these guys. Legit will refund you 1/2 the amount of what you paid because of "service" fees. Long story short, the airline had to cancel my flight (2 tickets) because layover cancelation. American Airlines issued 2 FULL REFUNDS. These guys are taking half. Scammers since the start. DO NOT USE.”

“The worst company ever The worst company ever. Punch of scammers and unprofessional people. After I paid for my ticket and I got the confirmation email, they called me after 2 hours to inform me that the prices went up and I have to pay the difference. The difference was more than 1200$ so the total price will be 4000$ where the same flight on Austria Airline was 3025$. Please guys avoid them to save your time and money”

“MYHolidays is not a real agency it is a fake scamming agency led by Indian scammers, it's a fraud they will pretend to make a booking for you and send you a booking confirmation. They will even call you after your booking confirmation claiming that the airlines fare became higher and that you need to pay more. I obviously realized it was a scam at this point and contact 'customer service' which actually isn't customer service but customer service will tell you that your booking is being cancelled due to a problem so you will receive a refund when in fact there is no booking in the first place, and you will definitely not get a refund back cause it's a SCAM. I've emailed them and tried to call about my booking all day and no one answers. If you call from a new number they will answer because they think it's people calling to make a new booking with them LOL, when they are ignoring your other number. All good reviews on this website are fake reviews made by them, automatically generated every few minutes to keep a good score. Do not believe these Indian scammers ALWAYS book from the airlines website directly.”

“I got an urgency and I had to fly to Chicago. Being their existing customer I just called the team Myholidays to book a next day flight for me. I was expecting a higher price than what they offer. All good for me and I would definitely recommend others to use it for their flight bookings.”
