“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided. Despite my numerous follow-up emails, I have not yet received my CPA transcript via email as promised. Additionally, I had purchased the Copy Email service, but I have not received the corresponding documents either. I kindly request that you resend my CPA transcript and ensure it reflects my GPA accurately. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.”

“I am very happy with their service. Although I chose "3 days without gurantee", they completed my evaluation in 3 days. Also as my university were providing free online qualification verification and they were able to use it, as I had a communication with them, they waived the 60$ processing fee. I only could provide them the scan copy of my degree but as they got all the information directly from my university website, they provided me the official evaluation document instead of provisional evaluation document without charging me extra. So, I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend them. They also have a very good cutomer service who are undestandable and helpful and tries to help you and resolve your concern although you might be on the line/chat for 2 hours. But it is totally worth it. Definately I will refer them to my friends and colleagues.”

“Not super duper impressed. Haven't got my original documents back yet and they needed a lot of help from me. They sent an obnoxious invoice, when in fact they owed me for providing a complete translation made by a better service.”

“Excellent service and quick answer. Just the opposite experience with Wes, which is taking much longer as I applied there three months ago and they have not approved it yet. On the other hand, IEE took just two weeks to receive my transcripts and they analysed them in record time! Thanks so much for saving my life!”
