“I would like to extend my gratitude to IEE for their exceptional service in evaluating my documents. Overall, I am satisfied with the support and assistance I received throughout the process. The team was incredibly helpful, and I was pleased to receive my evaluation report on time. However, I did experience a small incident where my original documents were slightly damaged during the scanning process. While the team was transparent about the situation and assured me that it would not affect my report, I was a bit disappointed. As an overseas customer, I expected a bit more care in handling my Original documents. Despite this hiccup, I appreciate the professionalism and prompt communication from the IEE team.”
