“I was shocked to see how B's weighed as A's on the US scale, but again, you surely know what you're doing. Although it took 8 days to receive it, the effective processing time, minus delays of getting you my original transcript was 3 business days as said.”

“Online platform is transparent, easy to use. Chat with IEE support provided me with all the help I needed. Evaluation was completed within a few business days. “Very unorganized and unprofessional. Even through they say “3 days” it took them well over 10 days after I mailed them my original documents. After they got my documents they sent me a confirmation email that had the wrong college name and it said they got it via email which got me worried that they may have my original transcripts and diploma mixed up. After almost 10 days they sent me an email saying that they wont consider my final 2 semester. After my evaluation was complete I assumed that they will automatically send my transcripts to the university that was added as a recipient but I wanted to be sure so I called them to confirm. They told me I don’t have any recipients except myself in my order. I sent them a screenshot of my receipt and my order dashboard so they sent me a screenshot of their screen to say that I was wrong. After I hung up they added my university as the third recipient and then sent it to them.”
