“I'm glad I choose IEE because I made a mistake in applying for my transcript before paying for the evaluation and my transcript was sent earlier and I was asked to resend it. I talked to one of the agent and it was rectified immediately, now my school already received my evaluation transcript and that's a job well done. Thank you IEE for being the best.”

“Translations incomplete, with gaps and innacurate workwas deliver in hard and soft copies.. There is still a ticket open but not resolved yet. Your team takes a lot of time to deliver incomplete and inaccurate work. Customer are paying . This is not a free service. I want an update on the ticket open. Is your organization really certified for this type of services?”

“They took $60 and rejected to evaluate my Ain Shams university certificate even after I told them that I have contact the university for a transcript for this certification specifically and they said that the topics are mentioned in the certificate itself with the total grade of graduation. They are not offering a separate report for this certification as it is considered a professional certification. Very very bad experience.”
