“As a foreigner, I was kind of nervous using this system because of unfamiliar. But unexpectedly, the service was really nice, kind and fast. Even though I'm Korean, and many people said the service in Korea is really fast, your service was much faster I think and anyway it was really nice. Thank you.”

“I did not understand and feel like the evaluation for my bachelors degree was not done objectively. An upper second degree class could not even reach 3.0 GPA which I think was not reflective of the performance on the transcript from the issuing school.”

The evaluation process was handled with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication at each step. I truly appreciated the timely updates and the thorough feedback, which provided me with great confidence throughout the process. I also apologize for my delayed response but wanted to take this opportunity to express my deep appreciation for the outstanding support I received from IEE. My only concern, unrelated to the quality of service, pertains to obtaining a detailed course outline for my Mathematics degree program from Egerton University. Unfortunately, this outline was essential for an accurate evaluation of my transcripts, and I am currently exploring alternative ways to acquire this information. I am hopeful that once I provide the necessary course details, IEE will re-evaluate the documents and offer a revised assessment based on the full content of the program. Despite this, I am highly satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend IEE to anyone seeking credential evaluation services. “The process was really fast. The responses of the message were usually fast and useful. I asked through the chat three times. But the one of them did not response immeditely although I answered right away. Except it, IEE work was good and I can recommend to my colleagues.”

The team was incredibly helpful, and I was pleased to receive my evaluation report on time. However, I did experience a small incident where my original documents were slightly damaged during the scanning process. While the team was transparent about the situation and assured me that it would not affect my report, I was a bit disappointed. As an overseas customer, I expected a bit more care in handling my Original documents. Despite this hiccup, I appreciate the professionalism and prompt communication from the IEE team.”
